All digital surveillance systems are undertaken as complete customised design and installation projects.
Projects start with initial planning meetings and site surveys to establish and document the customer's requirements, existing infrastructure and working environment.
This process leads to a detailed design and quote document including all equipment, cabling, accessories, labour and third party costs. We take the time necessary to make our quotes well presented, comprehensive and accurate. To ensure we can produce only quality documents we charge a fee for their preparation ($275 for systems of less than four cameras and $550 for larger systems). Note that this fee is deducted from the overall cost of the system once the quote is accepted.
As soon as the quote is accepted the components are ordered and project timings / installation dates are finalised. If necessary, we can also help with finance and leasing options.
