We provide both on and off site support to solve your computer problems. Whatever problem you are experiencing with your computer technology, we can investigate it and propose solutions. As with all our services, our experienced staff will take the time to talk to you, so you can feel confident that we have understood both what is troubling you and what your priorities are.
Onsite or offsite repair?
Onsite visits often involve time spent waiting for computers to run diagnostics or update software. It is usually more efficient to do the work in our shop where several jobs can be undertaken simultaneously.
In general, where the problem is related a single computer or component, we would encourage you to bring the computer into the shop. This will always result in a lower repair cost. Sometimes though the problem is only replicable in your own environment and in these cases we will recommend an onsite visit. Our fully equipped van allows us to repair most hardware faults onsite.
Sometimes, a post-repair visit to required to physically install the computer at your premises. This confirms the system works correctly in your environment and provides the possibility of additional training in your own unique situation.
What sort of problems do we solve?
Over the years we have been in business we have encountered a myriad of different problems. Sometimes problems are in hardware, sometimes in software, and sometimes in the marriage of the two. Sometimes the computer has been infected with malicious software. Sometimes the problem the user doesn't have the understanding needed to do the task.
All problems have solutions be it component replacements, computer replacements, upgrades, rebuilds, security software or training.
