Just had to let you know how thrilled we are with our new Westnet Broadband and telephone service, we recently signed up to. After all the problems we were having, especially with trying to run and operate 2 businesses from home, and being let down in every direction with other providers!! Mark was such a help, with all his patience, not only with configuring my laptop to be broadband ready, but with his expert advice concerning the types of plans and packages available to meet our personal needs. He really understood our needs, and wasted no time in making things happen.
How refreshing to deal with such professional people as yourselves, who not only offer a fast efficient service, but a service that we laymen can enjoy with confidence - you really know what you are doing!
